As a therapist, I view life as revolving door allowing constant growth and progression. However daily life stressors can easily create distraction causing you to become unfocused or lose sight of your goals. My focus is to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental therapeutic environment, in which you can explore your unique experiences and emotions. By creating a conducive setting my hope is that you will feel comfortable to share your experiences openly without rejection, allowing you to build insight and self-awareness. As your insight and self-awareness increase, we can then work on skills, effective coping mechanisms and holistic wellness. The decision to seek therapy can be difficult, I am here to guide you through this process. The client-centered approach is used within our sessions.In client-centered therapeutic relationships the sessions are guided by YOU and I will meet you wherever you are mentally and emotionally at that present time. With my assistants navigating through your experiences & emotions, along with the insight & self-awareness you will gain, you can then be able to clearly formulate & articulate the changes you would like to work on and then decide how best to do so.
